Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be primarily responsible for collecting, organizing, processing, and paying all accounts payable invoices in an efficient and timely manner. Main responsibilities include:

  • Process accounts payable invoices and payments
  • Verify purchasing codes are accurate
  • Assist with other members of the accounting team
  • Liase with contractors and utlility companies

The main qualifications for this role include:

  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Real estate or property management experience is preferred
