- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the organization’s long term financial strategy and objectives while ensuring organizational effectiveness
- Develop and maintain financial management policies and procedures and performance measures
- Responsible for cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting and financial reporting
- Lead financial analysis, reporting and forecasting to support decision making process and development of annual operating, capital and program budgets
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations and lead the annual audit
- Ensure the organizations risk management policies are compliant and assist in developing risk management framework

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- CPA designation
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience at the senior level
- Strong supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written

Compensation:
- $140,000 – $160,000 annual salary range
