- Manage a diversified debt portfolio and lead the execution of corporate and project financing
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity to support business operations and credit ratings
- Manage a portfolio of insurance policies to adequately mitigate risk exposure
- Monitor credit metrics and engage with rating agencies to maintain a strong credit profile
- Assess foreign exchange exposure and execute risk mitigation strategies
- Lead the management of corporate insurance programs and ensure efficient claims handling
- Support M&A initiatives by evaluating financing structures and preparing financial models
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and regulatory filings

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Post-secondary education in finance, accounting or a related field
- Professional designation required (CPA, CFA or CTP)
- 5+ years of progressive management experience in finance or treasury roles
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong grasp of business operations, priorities, and financial cycles
Assets:
- Bilingual – English/French
- Experience with managing insurance programs
- Experience leading unionized staff
- Experience with JD Edwards
- Experience in the utilities or energy industry
Compensation:
- $115,000 – $130,000 salary range
