Job #4085 – Our busy and well-established client is looking for a Payroll/HR Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, is eager to learn and is deadline driven. Reporting to the HR Manager, the main responsibilities include:

  • Input weekly payroll (approximately 250 employees)
  • Assist with HR duties such as setting up and onboarding new employees
  • Ad hoc and admin duties as required

The main qualifications for this role include:

  • Formal accounting and/or payroll education
  • Minimum 1+ year of payroll experience
  • Accounting knowledge (debits/credits)
  • Excellent English communication skills, written & verbal
  • Previous experience in the auto industry is considered an asset!

How You Will be Rewarded:

  • $50,000 – $55,000 annual salary
  • 2 weeks’ vacation (negotiable to 3)
