- Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee and approve spending and budgets
- Manage all regular financial and regulatory filings
- Manage IT and HR functions, with support from the Assistant Controller
- Work with banks, auditors, legal and insurance partners
- Supervise a dedicated accounting team
- Support and optimize financial systems and processes
- Manage inventory procedures and external reporting requirements

Qualifications
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Completed CPA designation is strongly preferred
- Post-secondary education in finance and/or accounting required
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in an Accounting/Finance role
- Strong leadership skills – previous supervisory experience
- Good business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
How You Will Be Rewarded:
- $130,000 – $170,000 salary range
