Reporting to the owners, the main responsibilities include:
- Prepare and manage cashflow
- Produce financial statements and provide analysis, identifying any variances
- Oversee month-end and year-end close process
- Lead the tax planning process and coordinate the audit process
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Report to lenders as required and evaluate and manage risks
- Develop plans for financial growth and recommend changes to improve performance
- Other duties as required

Qualifications
Mandatory:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Post-secondary education in business, finance and/or accounting
- CPA designation preferred
- Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience
- Fluently Bilingual in English and French, both oral and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Property management experience an asset
What’s the Bottom Line:
- $95,000 – $120,000 annual salary
