Reporting to the Senior VP of Finance, you will take primary ownership of the financial deliverables for the business units and corporate functions. - Delivering timely, accurate, and detailed financial reporting package monthly in partnership with business unit operational leads
- Communicating effectively with the executive team regarding issues, results and trends, and making recommendations to drive company performance towards financial targets
- Managing strategic initiatives that will enhance business practices pertaining to financial processes
- Overseeing the role and involvement of financial planning & analysis in the monthly accounting close process
- Leading and motivating team and individual objectives, ensuring high level performance of all team members, and implementing employee development plans

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Post-secondary education in finance and/or accounting required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP & A
- Extensive experience with financial planning tools
- Proven leadership in driving process change and automation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Assets:
- High-tech, SAAS, or large publicly traded company experience
How You Will Be Rewarded:
- $105,000 – $115,000 annual salary range
