The better prepared and more confident you are, the more successful the interview will be.
Research the Company and Familiarize Yourself with the Interviewers

Prepare Yourself with Answers to Common Questions

Be prepared to share your past experiences and your future aspirations, and clearly demonstrate what you can offer and why you would be a good fit.
Prepare a List of Questions For The Employer
Making note ahead of time of some questions to ask the interviewer is another way to show you are keen. What are the typical steps in the hiring process? What type of training or professional development programs are offered? How long have you been with the company and what do you enjoy most about working here? These are all great questions which also allow you to learn more to see if the position and company are a good match for you.
