This position requires you to:
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management and the parent company
- Lead forecasting cycles and variance analysis providing insights and recommendations to department heads
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and variances, and propose data driven solutions for involved forecasting and results
- Partner with executives and sales to enhance cost tracking, performance, metrics, and pipeline analysis
- Refine the Financial Planning & Analysis process, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and efficient management presentations
- Support the CEO and CFO with special projects and financial analysis as required

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- CPA designation required
- A minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience
- Solid technical knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 15
- Superior forecasting methods/techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Skilled at translating complex financial information into actionable insights
Assets:
- Experience in software/information technology industry
- Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce
Compensation:
- $135,000 – $140,000 salary range
- Generous bonus potential
