- Manage monthly financial close and consolidation processes
- Prepare supporting schedules and analysis for reporting and disclosures
- Collaborate with internal teams and business units to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Review financial submissions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness
- Maintain documentation to support internal controls and compliance requirements
- Support the integration of acquisitions into financial systems and reporting frameworks
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and support special projects as needed

Qualifications
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
- Completed CPA designation
- 3-5 years of experience in a progressive role
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
- Advanced Excel skills and solid experience with financial systems
- Strong understanding of IFRS
- Experience with consolidation or accounting systems assets (e.g., OneStream)
How You Will Be Rewarded:
- $70,000 – $90,000 salary range
