Job #5017 – Our client is a global leader in high-speed networking technology, specializing in the design and delivery of advanced networking systems, software, and services that enable large-scale data transmission and connectivity. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Compensation, to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a highly visible global role accountable for leading the full sales compensation function, including ownership of the commission cycle and the design of a scalable operating model that enables growth, accuracy, and compliance. The position plays an important role in influencing key decisions, strengthening governance, and driving continuous improvement across processes, reporting, and analytics to support operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate is diplomatic, confident in their judgment, and an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills. They are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and perform well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Main responsibilities include:
- Mentor and develop a team of sales compensation analysts, promoting ownership, capability growth and continuous improvement
- Lead the full global sales commission cycle each month, including bookings, calculations, payroll inputs, audits and reporting
- Spearhead the rollout and execution of new sales compensation plans on an annual or semi-annual basis
- Design and evolve a scalable operation model
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure sales compensation programs are effective, compliant and align with business objectives
- Support year-end activities
- Support the Vice President of Global Sales Operations with strategic projects and ad hoc initiatives

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or marketing
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales compensation, finance, or related roles, including people management experience
- Strong communicator, both in writing and verbally
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, compliance and strong internal controls
