Job #4462 – Our client is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team in their office downtown. They are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the main responsibilities include:

  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Prepare wire transfers, EFT and credit card payments
  • Post and reconcile daily deposits
  • Process trust account transactions
  • Administer client trust investments
  • Filing and various other projects as required

Qualifications
Mandatory:
The main qualifications for this role include:

  • Completed post-secondary education in accounting
  • 1+ year experience in a similar accounting role
  • Excellent English communication skills
