Job #4201 –Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their friendly team! This company is experiencing tremendous growth and needs someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the main duties include:

  • Prepare daily bank deposits
  • Send monthly statements to customers and perform daily collection follow-ups on AR greater than 30 days
  • Resolve all invoice, credit and payment discrepancies
  • Maintain customer files and ensure profiles are up to date
  • Perform all adjusting journal entries related to accounts receivables
  • Perform daily review, investigation and maintenance of A/R schedules in collaboration with other departments

Qualifications

Mandatory:

The main qualifications for this role include:

  • Formal accounting education preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written

Definite Assets:

  • Previous Reynolds experience
  • Experience in the automobile industry

How You Will be Rewarded:

  • $40,000 – $50,000 annual salary
