Qualifications
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration
- Completed CPA designation strongly preferred
- 10+ years’ progressive finance and operations experience, including managing cross-border functions
- Demonstrated ability to scale systems and processes in a growing business
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of Canadian and U.S tax codes, regulatory requirements and HR practices
- Previous experience in the beverage, food or consumer goods industry considered and asset
What’s the Bottom Line:
- $150,000 – $200,000 annual salary range
