Reporting to the President, the main responsibilities include:
- Monitor and report on project revenue and utilization
- Responsible for period end financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll functions and employee benefits
- Manage communication with clients regarding accounts receivable collections
- Monitor work in progress (WIP), coordinate accounting review process and complete all tax reporting
- Lead and mentor accounting staff

Qualifications
Mandatory:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance or equivalent
- CPA designation
- 10+ years accounting experience, including time billing accounting, project accounting and payroll
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Tech Savvy
What’s the Bottom Line:
- $110,000 – $120,000 annual salary range
