The successful candidate will have a firm grasp of IFRS and will be able to assist with the financial due diligence related to ongoing acquisitions. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be relied on to manage, coach, and mentor a team of top-notch finance professionals. Main responsibilities include:
- Manage and provide mentorship to a team of finance professionals
- Oversee the financial due diligence and integration of new acquisitions
- Support executive decision making with research and analysis in accordance with IFRS standards
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly financial reporting
- Present financial results to senior leadership
Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Completed CPA designation
- 7+ years’ progressive experience in an accounting or finance role
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Assets:
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS
- Previous experience in SaaS, High Tech or Public Accounting
- Experience with M&A activity – on the buy or sell side
Compensation:
- $115,000 – $120,000 annual salary
- Lucrative bonus structure
