- Provide monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for external funders
- Oversee internal monthly financial statements and the annual audited financial statements
- Prepare monthly journal entries, perform monthly account reconciliations and maintain general ledger reports
- Assist with year-end and prepare annual audit file
- Assist with the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets
- Liaise with other staff to find improvements and efficiencies

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Undergraduate degree in finance or related field
- CPA designation complete or in progress
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Assets:
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Previous experience in NFP (especially health care/hospital industry)
Compensation:
- $85,000 – $95,000 annual salary
