- Act as the lead on a large-scale system conversion project
- Ensure accurate and timely internal and external reporting
- Prepare and control all transactions pertaining to the month-end cycle
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for external funders
- Conduct monthly transaction analysis and prepare variance/comparative analyses
- Assist with the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets
- Liaise with other staff to find improvements and efficiencies

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Undergraduate degree in finance or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Assets:
- Strong project and capital background
- CPA designation complete or in progress
- Previous experience in not-for-profit (especially health care/hospital industry)
- Bilingual (French/English)
Compensation:
- $85,000 – $95,000 annual salary
