Job #5022 – Our client, a global software company specializing in service orchestration and device management solutions for broadband and telecommunications providers, is seeking a fully remote Intermediate Accountant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Controller, this newly created role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in shaping and strengthening core financial processes within the business. Main responsibilities include:
- Prepare management reports, ensuring accuracy and a clear explanation of financial results
- Manage the full procure to pay process, ensuring supplies, contractors and customers are paid on time
- Oversee employee expenses, reimbursements, ensuring timely policy compliance payments
- Prepare quarterly forecasts for revenue and expenses to support planning
- Complete account reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and related tasks
- Assist with special projects as needed by the CFO

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- CPA designation in progress is considered an asset
- 3+ years progressive hands-on full-cycle AP experience
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work well with customers
- IFRS experience considered an asset
- Experience with Salesforce or NetSuite is considered an asset
How You Will Be Rewarded:
- $70,000 – $75,000 salary range
