The successful incumbent will have progressive experience in a high-volume invoicing environment along with the ability to lead a team. - Supervise the day-to-day functions of the Invoicing team
- Coach, mentor and manage performance of the Invoicing team
- Ensure all invoicing is performed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Liaise with other departments to determine priorities and ensure the accurate flow of information
- Investigate and resolve invoicing disputes and work towards finding agreeable resolutions with clients
- Complete billing adjustments, prepare billing reports and reconciliations
- Assist with month end responsibilities
- Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

- 5+ years’ experience in a high-volume invoicing environment
- Team leadership experience
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Compensation & Perks:
- $70,000-$80,000 base salary
