Reporting to the Divisional Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting operations up to and including financial statement preparation and analysis. The Senior Accountant will play an important role in analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance, and enhancing internal processes – all while contributing to the organization's continued success! Main responsibilities include:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, accounts, and job cost reports
- Implement and maintain accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Develop tools to monitor key performance indicators for daily operations
- Ensure internal controls are followed and assist with external audits
- Provide guidance and training to accountants or administrative clerks

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting
- CPA designation complete or in progress is preferred
- Good knowledge of GAAP and cost control principles
- Proficient in accounting software applications and financial analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
