- Manage daily financial operations, including payments, bank reconciliations, and property-related finances.
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, supporting budgeting, planning, and financial analysis.
- Maintain internal controls, assist with audits and tax compliance, and safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to contribute financial expertise and mentor junior team members.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes and other finance initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Completed CPA designation or in progress is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and reporting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
