Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting financial data while measuring it against associated internal and external performance metrics. You will participate in complex and time sensitive projects where your natural ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner will support ongoing business initiatives and decision-making. Additional duties and responsibilities include:

• Prepare performance reports and measure against performance metrics
• Gather internal and external information and provide proactive reporting to support the business development teams
• Assist with establishing a comprehensive and efficient process for reporting on business performance against performance metrics
• Assist with the development of business plans for new projects and initiatives and participate in ongoing decisions regarding data collection and analysis
• Support the application of complex data initiatives and research and recommend improvement opportunities for data collection systems
• Complete statistical analysis and share knowledge and techniques with the team
• Other duties as requested

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:

• Post-secondary education in business, finance, or accounting
• CPA designation complete or in progress considered an asset
• 5+ years of related work experience with at least 2 years in data analysis
• Experience with statistical analysis and data modelling preferred
• Excellent business partnering and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel

Compensation, Perks & Opportunities:

• $90,000 – $100,000 annual salary
