- Develop and implement the financial strategy in alignment with company objectives
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the property management portfolio
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgetary goals
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and internal controls
- Optimize working capital and cash flow to meet operational needs
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- Significant experience in finance leadership
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex financial information to all levels
- Effective problem-solving and people-management skills

Compensation:
- $150,000 – $175,000 annual salary
